A: Lake Spivey is a private lake. Access is granted by the Lake Spivey Civic Association to members in good standing. Membership is granted to only those property owners in the 7 neighborhoods surrounding the lake.
Q: What are the annual dues and what do the pay for?
A: The dues for 2016/17 are about $650. They are due annually on or before May 1st. Additional fees are optional including those used to fund the 4th of July fireworks show, and boat registrations. The boat registrations are optional in that a property owner have the option to register a boat, jet-ski, canoe, or kayak, or not. However, if the property owner intends to use the boat, jet-ski, canoe, or kayak on Lake Spivey it must be registered with the civic association. Registration forms can found on the documents page.
